She was born in Ust-Kamenogorsk city, East Kazakhstan region.

She graduated from S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University, the Kazakh-American Free University, and the Finance Academy.
She started her career in 2003 as a teacher-psychologist of the state institution "Al-Farabi School" and "East" Research Center for Developing Education.
Over the years, she has held senior positions in «UK TK» LLP, a branch of «Vostoktsvetmet» LLP, "Kazakhmys Corporation" - Zhezkent Mining and Processing Plant, «Escor» LLP, «Department of Construction of East Kazakhstan region» State Institution, «Construction Management» State Institution, «Apparatus of akim of Ulan region», the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.

Currently, she is the Deputy Chairman of the Board of «Ertis» SEC» JSC.
