He was born in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan region.

He graduated from the College of Economics and Finance, D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University.
He started his career in 2009 as a leading accountant of the state institution "Department of Education of Ust-Kamenogorsk city".
Over the years, he has held various positions, including senior ones in «Ertis» SEC» JSC.

Currently, he is the Head of the Asset Management and Investment Department of «Ertis» SEC» JSC.
