Objective and idea of the project: Solving the problem of shortage of places in hostels for students, master students of «SMU» NJSC by building a new dormitory.

Project implementation period: 2019-2022

Project implementation place: Semey city, East Kazakhstan region

Current status: Availability of a standard project. There is a land plot (6 hectares, free land use right until 25 May, 2024) with access to ECI

Expected Result: The annual volume of the state order (MCI 2020, with accommodation of 1000 students) during the construction of the student hostel - 122-fold MCI per year for one place in the hostel. 1000*(2799*122) = 341 478 000 tenge. (The volume of the MCI for 2020 is 2799.0 tenge). The total amount of income in 8 years – 3 811 824 000 tenge

Governmental support: Subsidizing the loan interest rate up to 7% through «Damu» Entrepreneurship Development Fund. The possibility of co-financing from the university.
