Objective and idea of the project: Construction of a tourist complex on the Bukhtarma reservoir, consisting of a main base located on Gusiny Island and five transshipment bases throughout the Bukhtarma reservoir, Zaysan Lake and Markakol Lake, which cover places with hunting and fishing grounds; visiting medical sources, excursions to the ancient mounds of the Dzungarian period, which are included in the administrative borders of the Zyryanovsky, Katon-Karagai, Ulansky, Kokpektinsky, Kurchumsky and Zaysan regions.

Project implementation place: East Kazakhstan region

Current status: Availability of a business plan. There is a building for a hotel complex, as well as an island in private ownership for the construction of a tourist base with an area of 39 hectares. A topographical survey of the land plot with an area of 39 hectares was made for architectural planning.

Expected result: 4240 trips per year
